28/01/2011ENERMES HAS BEEN AWARDED THE WORKS OF AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BUILDING OF THE BANK OF SPAIN OF MADRID.Enermes will realize the works of substitution of a screw chiller, condensed by water with refrigerant R-22, by two screw chillers with refrigerant R-134A.
Due to the installation of these two chillers, the current bench of concrete will be extended and in order that the functioning of each one might be independent, two new pumps of circulation will be installed for each chiller, both in the condensation and in the evaporation circuits.
Likewise, the current pipelines will be modified in the machine room, in the electrical supply equipment and in the installation control.
17/01/2011FULFILLMENT IN THE REALIZATION OF PROJECT AND WORKS AT THE MSEIMEER´S NEW MOSQUE, DOHA, QATAR.Enermes has concluded the execution of the works of air conditioning of this new mosque and it has begun with the start-up of the installations.
The realization of the execution projects, which has been performed during the last two years by engineers of Enermes, has enabled the integration and coordination of the installations of air conditioning with the luxurious and complex handcrafted details which are part of this building.

09/12/2010ENERMES HAS BEEN AWARDED THE WORKS AT THE FACILITIES OF THE P.I.T.A IN ALMERIAEnermes has been awarded the works for protection, detection and fire extinction.
Besides, once the Temporary Company Consortium Enermes S.L. - Group AMS has been constituted, it will undertake the works of installation of air conditioning, electricity, centralized management and gas equipment.
Both executions will be realized in the Research and Technology Transfer Center at the Scientific Technological Park of Almeria P.I.T.A.
08/11/2010ENERMES HAS BEEN AWARDED THE WORKS OF ALL THE INSTALLATIONS OF TWO OF THE TWENTY-EIGHT TOWERS OF THE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ´THE VIVA BAHRIYA´ AT THE ARTIFICIAL ISLAND ´THE PEARL´, DOHA, QATAREnermes has been awarded the execution of the works and the project drafting for the execution of all the installation facilities of two of the twenty-eight towers of one of the largest construction sites in Qatar.
The execution of this extensive work, which has 100.000 m2 of useful surface, will imply the installation of more than 5 MW of electrical installations, 2.000 tons of refrigeration equipment, 40.000 m2 of conduits and 160.000 linear meters of pipelines.
23/09/2009The installation works begins at Mesaimeer comercial center, Al Rayyan, Doha, QatarAfter the contract signing with the constructor company, Enermes has began the on site installations work for HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.
This Commercial Center has a basement used for car park with 266 places, ground floor and first floor designated to supermarkets, shops and restaurants with a total of 95 business premises.
The total cooling power installed is 7500 Kw. The ventilation and smoke extractor system in the garages will be carried out with jet fans.

The building complex has multiple uses well defined, three big underground floors with a total of 490 parking places; it will count with the new police station of Torrejon de Ardoz, offices, a hotel of 100 rooms and a sport complex with gym, conditioned swimming pool and spa. The period for the installation designs has been of 14 months and the estimated budget of the whole installations is of 7 million Euros

09/09/2009Enermes Engineering has been invited to Lusail´s 900 villas contest, QatarEnermes department of projects & engineering has collaborated in the contest for the design of the macro project residential of 900 villas at Lusail. The new city-island of Qatar is located in the north coast, at the town of Umm Salal. It will have 35 km2 and it is foreseen to allocate about 200,000 inhabitants. It will be composed of two leisure harbours, residential areas, commercial centers, luxury shops and leisure areas, beaches and two golf resorts. It will be the headquarters of Qatar Petroleum and will include the Energy City.
The innovative installations proposed by Enermes engineers for the 900 villas Project at Lusail consist of, the collection and sewerage of rain and soap waters for gardens irrigation, two cold production stations Distric Cooling with a power higher than 100Mw. Photovoltaic energy for the exterior lightening with latest LED technology, smart villas applying the most advanced and complete home automation. A net of underground rubbish containers. a project for the sound attenuation along the trains railway which will cover perimetrally the island.
With all these proposals, Enermes engineering bets for a green Project, promoting thus the environmental protection base don energy savings, reduction of CO2 emissions to the atmosphere and better usage of some limited resources such us water, specially in Qatar, where the water is expensier than petroleum.
Each villa will have a surface between 900 and 1200m2. The economic forecast carried out by Enermes engineers has estimated an investment above 440 million euros for the proposed installations of this residential complex.
03/09/2009The works of the new sports complex ´Las Olivas´ are finished, Aranjuez, Madrid.Alter contracting the redaction of all Project installations and the execution of HVAC production of hot water, solar thermal energy, and fire fighting and prevention installations, Enermes has fulfilled the works of this new complex in Aranjuez.
The big building complex counts with a football pitch, three tennis pinches, one outdoor and one exterior multipurpose pitch, two indoor and conditioned swimming pools (one of them is Olympic), one exterior swimming pool, basement for car park with 115 places, gardens with recreational areas for childrens and gyratory solar photovoltaic panels architectonically integrated in the gardens as a sunshade
